Use of the Service
EHS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your internal business operations. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unlawful communications.
Messaging & Consent
Operational and scheduling SMS messages are sent only after you provide express written consent via our form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to messaging is never a condition of any purchase.
Customer Data
You retain all rights to the operational data you provide. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from your own customers before routing their communications through the platform.
Service Availability
We target high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events may affect access.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EHS Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
