No mobile information, phone numbers, or text messaging originator opt-in data will be shared with, sold to, or distributed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Your operational data remains strictly confidential.
Information We Collect
When you request a demo we collect your full name, company name, business email, and mobile phone number. When you use the platform we process operational data you direct to us — call transcripts, messages, job records, and dispatch details — strictly to deliver the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use your contact details to schedule and conduct your demo, to provision your account, and — only with your express consent — to send operational and scheduling SMS messages. We never use your information to build advertising profiles.
SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By checking the consent box on our form, you expressly agree to receive automated operational and scheduling SMS messages from EHS Systems. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Data Sharing
We use a small set of sub-processors (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, telephony) bound by contract to confidentiality and security obligations. As stated above, mobile opt-in data is never shared, sold, or distributed for third-party marketing under any circumstances.
Data Security & Retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted on a least-privilege basis. We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Your Rights
